Recently, Design One was invited to attend the BRNHA Annual Meeting at Lutheridge in Asheville. The meeting honored the many successes of BRNHA’s heritage and cultural partners. Looking around the room, we saw many familiar faces from the outstanding non-profit organizations from across the region that we have worked with over the past twenty years. We’ve gathered a few of them here. We were especially proud of the Yadkin Valley Heritage Corridor partnership, which received special recognition as one of the success stories of the past year. The Blue Ridge National Heritage Area Partnership is a nonprofit organization that works to preserve, interpret and celebrate mountain heritage for the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike. The Blue Ridge National Heritage Area includes the Cherokee Qualla Boundary and 25 Western North Carolina counties.
